Ueda City Hall

This project involves rebuilding the current government building on the same site while utilizing it. The building features a seismic isolation structure using spherical sliding bearings and high environmental performance in line with the Nearly ZEB standard of the future. We were in charge of Construction Management work at schematic design stage, design development stage, contractor selection stage, and construction stage. In order to meet the tight schedule, we adopted a method of providing technical cooperation design development and ordering construction as a lump sum.
