Ueda City New Main Office

Ueda City Hall

This project involved rebuilding the existing government building on the same site while utilizing it. The building features a seismic isolation structure with spherical sliding bearings and high environmental performance in line with the future Nearly ZEB standard. We were responsible for Construction Management at schematic design, design development, contractor selection, and construction stages. In order to meet the tight schedule, we adopted a system in which we provided technical cooperation design development and ordered construction all at once.
