As part of Kanagawa Prefecture's Emergency Financial Measures, this project was the first in the prefecture to adopt the CM + Design and Construction Lump Sum Procurement Method (DB). We verified methods that could be expected to shorten construction periods and reduce costs through technical proposals from the design and construction contractor. We selected the design and construction contractor based on concept design and required standards created by our company. After schematic design, we acted as a supervisor (CM) to support the client at schematic design stage, design development stage, and construction stage.
