Renovation projects of existing scholl buildings for OTSUMA GAKUIN

This is a series of projects for facilities owned by OTSUMA GAKUIN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION. The aim is to optimize repair and maintenance costs by providing ongoing technical support to facilities of different sizes and ages, mainly on the Chiyoda and Tama campuses. We supported the formulation of renovation plans, confirmed the contents of repair work and construction plans, confirmed schedules, confirmed the validity of estimates, supported ordering, and witnessed construction inspections.
