Renovation projects of existing scholl buildings for OTSUMA GAKUIN
This project involved a series of projects at facilities owned by OTSUMA GAKUIN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION. The goal was to optimize repair and maintenance costs by providing ongoing technical support to facilities of various sizes and ages, primarily at the Chiyoda and Tama campuses. We provided support in formulating renovation plans, confirming the details of repair work and construction plans, checking schedules, verifying the validity of estimates, supporting ordering, and witnessing construction inspections.
