Smile Hotel Premium Series
We provided a series of CM services from the design stage to the construction stage for a new construction project for the same hotel series. Based on our know-how and experience in planning brand hotels, we supported the business owner, supervised architectural design and construction supervision by another company, and provided advice on construction management.
