The Okura Tokyo
A reconstruction project for the Hotel Okura Tokyo Main Building (completed in 1962) based on the concept of "tradition and innovation."
This luxury hotel consists of two buildings, the "Okura Heritage Wing" and the "Okura Prestige Tower," and offers two different room brand categories. The middle floors of the "Prestige Tower" also house tenant offices.
We provided technical support from the design stage in 2014 through to the construction stage, providing a set of CM services and third-party Construction Supervision.
