TOTAKU INDUSTRIES,INC. Kanto Oyama Factory

A new factory construction project in the Kanto area for a resin processing company. We implemented a full menu of CM services, including selection of the design and construction company, using a one-stop design and construction method.
In selecting the design and construction contractor, we adopted a unique proposal method, and took into consideration the transparency of the process and accountability to the parties involved by creating a design brief, formulating selection criteria, and evaluating proposals. In addition, we provided technical support to the client regarding quality, cost, and schedule throughout the project.
