Nikkei Inc. CHIBA Annex (Printing factory)

Provided technical support for a new construction plan for a printing factory. We implemented a full menu of CM services, including the selection of a design and construction company, for a design and construction package. In selecting a design and construction company, we adopted a unique proposal method, and considered transparency of the process and accountability to the parties involved by creating a design brief, formulating selection criteria, and evaluating proposals. We also provided technical support to the client regarding quality, cost, and schedule throughout the project.
