This project involved the construction of a new building, consisting of an office tower and a parking tower, located on the former site of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications in front of Omiya Station. The use of an out-frame structure with no protruding pillars near the interior windows allowed for greater flexibility in the layout of the building for tenants. The plan also included a parking tower with a capacity of 440 cars, taking advantage of the building's location as a business hub connecting the greater Tokyo area with various parts of eastern Japan. We were responsible for standard CM services from schematic design stage, including the selection of the contractor as ordered by the WTO, to the construction stage.
