This is the second project in the "CIRCLES" compact office series, developed by Mitsubishi Estate, which combines high design and comfort. Our company was primarily required to confirm the appropriateness of costs and quality, and provided technical support as a full-service CM service, including checking drawings from schematic design to design development stage, checking the contents of construction cost estimates, and checking the construction status during the construction stage.
