This is the second project in the "CIRCLES" compact office series, developed by Mitsubishi Estate, which combines high design and comfort. Our company was mainly required to check the validity of the costs and the quality, and provided technical support as a full menu of CM services, such as checking drawings from schematic design to design development stage, checking the contents of construction cost estimates, and checking the construction status during the construction stage.
