Mitsubishi Pencil New Headquarters

This project involved constructing a new headquarters for Mitsubishi Pencil Co., Ltd., combining headquarters functions and R&D functions, on the site where the old headquarters was demolished. In addition to standard CM services, we also provided third-party Construction Supervision, workplace-related support, relocation management, and related construction support.
