Paulinean Hall of Shirayuri Gakuen
Paulinean Hall of Shirayuri Gakuen
The new school building consists of the school headquarters, audiovisual room, multipurpose room, and assembly room.
Based on the theme of "Wearing the Lily," a newly designed three-dimensional abstract lily pattern is deployed in various patterns throughout the building, from facade and interior to the furniture, signs, and products. Shirasu plaster, natural soil, and natural wood are used for the interior materials, and the finish makes use of the color, texture, and characteristics of the materials themselves, making this a building that is both human- and environmentally-friendly.
