Dai Nagoya Building Environmental Impact Assessment

When rebuilding Dai Nagoya Building, a beloved landmark in front of Nagoya Station, we conducted an environmental impact assessment related to safety, including air, noise and vibration, scenery, wind damage, ground, waste, greenhouse gases, sunshine obstruction, radio wave interference, and green space, during construction and when the new building is in operation. As construction plans for multiple high-rise buildings were underway in front of Nagoya Station at the same time, we made predictions and assessments taking into account not just individual but also combined environmental impacts.
