TOKI PREMIUM OUTLETS® Sky Bridge

In order to facilitate smooth access to the multi-story car park planned in conjunction with the fourth phase expansion of the outlet site, the outlet site, which is located on high ground, is directly connected to the multi-story car park, with the aim of improving convenience for users and mitigating the impact on surrounding traffic. The structural form uses a federated truss structure (substructure: reinforced concrete, superstructure: steel), with a civil engineering abutment for the substructure and steel architectural structure for the superstructure, achieving a hybrid Structural Engineering. A distinctive feature of the design is the planned wall markings on the protective louvers, which will enable promotion of Toki City and the outlet facility.
