Hotoria Plaza

HOTORIA Square (Otemon Tower/ENEOS Building, Otemachi Park Building)

Hotoria Plaza, located at 1-1 Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, is located directly in front of the Otemon Gate, and is a lush open space of approximately 3,000 m2, with the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace stretching out to the west. Based on the concept of a "forest of exchange," Landscape of the two buildings was planned as an integrated whole, creating an environment that fosters a community of office workers and visitors. As a green space connecting the Imperial Palace and Otemachi, active consideration was given to biodiversity and environmental symbiosis. (ABINC*1 and SEGES*2 certified)
