Program Management/Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport) Domestic Flights Area

We supported the client's technical and manpower needs as multiple projects with different designers and contractors progressed consecutively or simultaneously. We played a role in efficiently, effectively and comprehensively managing quality, cost, schedule and the associated risks (program management). We proposed the optimal ordering method for each project, and achieved cost reduction and short construction time while ensuring designs and construction techniques that met the required standards.
