We provided a series of technical support for Mitsubishi Estate 's logistics facility development business, from launch to the growth of the main business. In a situation where multiple development projects were progressing simultaneously, we adopted program management that integrated the business operator and CM to ensure that issues and improvements were efficiently and reliably reflected in all properties while closely sharing information between the properties. This enabled us to efficiently and in a chain reaction improve the real estate value of many properties, leading to further business expansion.
