We provided a series of technical support for Mitsubishi Estate 's logistics facility development business, from its launch to the growth of its core business. With multiple development projects progressing simultaneously, we adopted program management that united the business operator and CM to ensure thorough information sharing between properties and to efficiently and reliably reflect issues and areas for improvement in all properties. This enabled us to efficiently and consistently increase the real estate value of many properties, leading to further business expansion.
