Citadines Shinjuku
Construction of a new service apartment hotel. We were in charge of the overall CM work, including concept design, schematic design, design development, construction ordering, and quality control, schedule management, and cost management at each stage of construction. In order to create a new type of hotel unlike any other in Japan, we made use of our hotel planning know-how and experience in checking the design content and quality.
