Grand Garden Kumamoto
Construction of a new complex that includes a nursing home for the elderly and a commercial facility. We provided CM services, focusing on cost management at each stage of the project schematic design, design development, construction ordering, and construction. We divided the construction orders into 11 categories using our unique segmented ordering method, which helped reduce costs.
