We provided CM services for a reconstruction project of a mixed-use building centered on rental offices in Ginza 8-chome. From concept design stage to the construction stage, we provided comprehensive technical support, from quality, cost, and schedule management to tenant construction planning and operation. Furthermore, we were entrusted by Mitsubishi Estate Group with supporting the project's early feasibility study and property management after completion, providing comprehensive value through the value chain related to the real estate business.
