The Park House Harumi Towers-Krono Residence and Tiaro Residence

This is a high-rise, seismically isolated twin tower condominium located in the waterfront area of central Tokyo. It has been certified as a long-term quality housing, and has been designed with consideration given not only to earthquake resistance, but also to variability, barrier-free access, energy efficiency, ease of maintenance and renewal, and livability. In addition, over 40% of the site has been greened, creating a highly water-friendly, lush Landscape Design space that is continuous with the waterfront promenade on the Harumi Canal side.
