Nisshin OilliO Group Technology Development Center

This is a research facility for product development, research, and experiments. We aimed to create a variety of temperature-controlled testing facilities and a creative work space for new product development. We created facade that will become a new face that expresses the company's image of coexisting with people, the city, and the environment, as well as its cutting-edge research and development. In addition, the ducts and piping spaces for the plant equipment are located on the external equipment balcony, with the plan taking into consideration maintenance and future updates.
