New Headquarters for Kumamoto Kenmin Television

The new building of Kumamoto Kenmin Television has been relocated and newly constructed. It has three functions on three levels: the studio on the first floor, the entrance hall on the second floor, and the office on the third floor. Each floor is stacked on top of the other, offset from the others, dividing the volume. facade is made of randomly shaped aluminum ribbed panels and louvers with a radio wave motif, giving it a sharp impression. The large glass at the entrance is the face of the new broadcasting station open to the town.
