We were in charge of comprehensive CM work for the reconstruction project of the Okura Main Building, which has a history of over 100 years in Ginza 2-chome. We provided comprehensive technical support to the client from the early stages of the project through to opening preparations, including cost, quality, and schedule management from the design stage to the construction stage, support for selecting an facade designer, support for designing the building facade and promoting construction, comprehensive client support that added management and operational aspects to technical aspects, and support for promoting tenant interior construction work.
