Tsuda University Sendagaya Campus Alice Mabel Bacon Hall

Reconstruction project for the Sendagaya Campus. We were in charge of CM and architectural design and construction supervision (Structural Engineering and MEP Engineering) for the new school building project accompanying the establishment of a new faculty (Faculty of Policy Studies). We provided technical support to the client by managing costs, quality, and schedule throughout the project, selecting a contractor using a comprehensive evaluation method at schematic design stage, supporting the selection of related construction contractors (FFE, signage, AV, etc.), and assisting with opening preparations (such as coordinating work with each construction party and building manager).
