Otsuma Women's University Chiyoda Campus, Building E & F

This project was undertaken by OTSUMA GAKUIN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION which celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2008, to realize the "consolidation of campuses." As part of Mitsubishi Estate Group 's project management support, we provided comprehensive technical support, including the creation of concept design, the selection of architectural design and construction supervision using a proposal system, the selection of a contractor using a comprehensive evaluation system at schematic design stage, the selection of related construction contractors (FFE, signage, AV, kitchen, etc.) and moving companies, and preparations for the opening of the school.
