Grand Mall Park Renewal Project

This is a renewal plan for a park in the center of the Minato Mirai 21 district. Located between the Yokohama Museum of Art and MARK IS Minato Mirai, the "Art Plaza" will have another row of zelkova trees added to the two rows. The amount of greenery will be expanded to create a zelkova plaza, and green infrastructure will be introduced with water-retentive pavement and underground rainwater storage capabilities. The central area will be developed as a "Minato Mirai Mirror," a plaza that can be used as a fountain, water mirror, and paved surface.
