The development of high school facilities was planned in the master plan for the Kinjo Gakuin Campus, and Seikokan was completed in March 2014, followed by Jishiokan in December 2015. The exterior is unified with the same plastering materials as Eikokan, a registered tangible cultural property located in the center of the campus, with consideration given to harmony with the streetscape. Jishiokan follows the motif of Eikokan's arched windows and decorative windows, and uses tiles with a Spanish roofing pattern.
