Kitahama 1-Chome Heiwa Building

This rental office building stands on a long and narrow site sandwiched between Tosabori Street and the Tosabori River, with a full river view. By installing TMD dampers that reduce the number of columns in the rooms without compromising earthquake resistance and livability, we have ensured visibility from the street to the river, creating an open and comfortable office space. The exterior has a warm design reminiscent of a "single large tree."
