Tekko Building
This is a reconstruction project for two buildings facing Sotobori-dori and Eitai-dori, adjacent to the Yaesu North Exit of Tokyo Station. Taking advantage of the long and narrow site stretching approximately 200m from north to south, the main building and south building are constructed on top of the low-rise section that runs from north to south. The project includes the area's first serviced apartments, a limousine bus terminal with direct access to both Haneda and Narita international airports, and a variety of business support facilities such as lounges and rental meeting rooms.
