Otemon Tower / ENEOS Building

This complex, mainly consisting of offices, was developed as an urban regeneration special zone together with the adjacent site. It has developed an international business hub, improved the local environment, contributed to reducing the environmental impact with cutting-edge equipment, strengthened the city's disaster prevention functions, and developed a pedestrian network. It also developed the first private facility to purify and store water from the Imperial Palace moat, contributing to increasing the value of the city's tourism resources by improving water quality.
