A large-scale complex consisting of commercial facilities, corporate headquarters, a hotel, and more, built on the site of a former spinning mill.
In designing the building, we created a design concept based on keywords related to "thread" and "fabric," such as spinning, weaving, and wrapping. The building is structured so that each use overlaps, creating distinctive features such as connections between the interior and exterior, and the visual connection between the upper and lower floors via an atrium. Furthermore, in addition to the master plan and schematic design, we were also responsible for the design of a park for public contributions and the logo design of the shopping mall, providing total branding that enhances the value of the company and the facility.
