DBC Shinagawa Tokyu Building
facade design renovation was aimed at improving the competitiveness of a building that had already been converted from a data center into an office building.
To reduce the oppressive feeling in the lower floors and improve visibility on the approach, the first and second floors were designed to appear larger as a single unit. To harmonize with the adjacent new building, the exterior walls and greenery were unified, and consideration was given to the continuity of the streetscape.
