A luxury condominium for sale and rental built on the site of the former Hazawa Garden.
Based on the concept of "living in the shade," existing trees have been preserved as much as possible, creating a tranquil living environment surrounded by abundant greenery. The stone paving and landscaped stones from the former garden, as well as the fireplace and tokonoma alcove from the former residence, have been actively reused as part of the materials decorating the shared spaces, inheriting the history and memories from the Taisho era.
