A tenant office building that Mitsubishi Estate positions as a next-generation environmentally friendly building.
By introducing a variety of advanced technologies, such as a hybrid radiant air conditioning system and an intelligent lighting system, we have achieved an office environment where employees can demonstrate their intellectual productivity and a high level of environmental performance.In addition, by introducing eco-grids and maisonette ventilation, we expect to reduce energy consumption (CO2 equivalent) by 45% compared to general office buildings.
