This is the ninth facility in the Premium Outlet series operated by Mitsubishi Estate Estate Simon Co., Ltd. in Japan, and the fourth in the Kanto region after Gotemba, Sano, and Ami.
While maintaining a relationship with existing facilities in other areas, the linear, simple design and calming color scheme give it character as a new facility.
As the facility is located close to Narita Airport, the facility has been designed with travelers in mind, with a bus stop that will allow visitors to approach the facility without getting wet in the rain, a space in the food court that can be used by groups, and flight information for flights departing from and arriving at Narita Airport provided within the facility to increase convenience.
