This is the ninth facility in the Premium Outlets series run by Mitsubishi Estate Simon Co., Ltd. in Japan, and the fourth in the Kanto region after Gotemba, Sano, and Ami.
While maintaining a connection to existing facilities in other areas, the linear, simple design and calming color scheme give the new facility distinctive features.
As the facility is located close to Narita Airport, the facility is designed with tourists in mind, with bus stops that allow visitors to approach the facility without getting wet in the rain, a space in the food court that can be used by groups, and flight information for flights departing and arriving at Narita Airport provided within the facility to improve convenience.
