Park House Senri Cyuo

This project involved rebuilding the Shinsenri Kitamachi Third Housing Complex, located in a corner of Senri New Town, where the existing buildings were aging and the residents were aging.
The building, which consisted of 10 four-story buildings, was rebuilt into three large buildings, with the aim of segmenting the residential buildings. By leaving ample space between the buildings and slightly changing their orientation, we have taken into consideration aesthetics and privacy.
The courtyard is fitted with benches and paths, and corridors that allow people to walk between buildings without getting wet in the rain, as well as play areas where children can have fun, were planned, creating Landscape can be handed down to the next generation while preserving as much of the lush natural environment as possible.
