DNP Ichigaya Tamachi Building
A complex facility including a showroom, offices, and clinics in the Ichigaya headquarters area of Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd., where large-scale development is currently underway.
The planned site resembles a "peninsula" in the head office district, and the building was planned based on the concept of a "lighthouse" that will communicate the DNP brand.
The lower floors are designed to harmonize with the entire district by following facade materials and plantings used in the headquarters buildings, while serving as a calm foundation. The upper floors feature a double-skin curtain wall on the front, evoking the image of the light of a lighthouse, expressing a sense of transparency and sparkle while also achieving high environmental performance.
