This is the second phase of the development project for the former Kyushu Electric Power Company head office site, facing Watanabe-dori, a major road in the center of Fukuoka City.
The upper floors have a maximum of 1,700m2 of pillar-free space, making them flexible office floors that can be used for a variety of purposes. The lower floors are equipped with functions suitable for a business exchange hub, including a multi-purpose hall that can accommodate approximately 500 people, a conference room that can be used for a variety of purposes, and a business library to support businesspeople in gathering information.
The open space above ground is designed to create a sense of spaciousness in relation to the streetscape and to create a lively atmosphere. The roofed plaza will contribute to the revitalization of the entire block with its continuous store configuration. The exterior has a deeply carved appearance with emphasized shadows, aiming for a design worthy of being a landmark of the block.
