Kojimachi Park House

A condominium located in the office district of Kojimachi Boulevard (with offices located on some of the lower floors).
While keeping in mind its status as a city landmark, we aimed to ensure a simple, high-quality residential space that lets in light, wind, and greenery. A large opening in the glass curtain wall on the side facing the main street creates an exterior that can only be found in the city center, and an open interior.
Safety was ensured by using a seismic isolation structure for the building, and the facilities were designed to harmonize with the exterior design while minimizing the load on the air conditioning.
