Murasakiyama 1-chome redevelopment plan

This project involves the development of land for single-family homes in Izumi Park Town 5th residential district (Murasakiyama). The planned site was initially developed as a housing complex in 1999, but was redeveloped into a single-family home site in order to make effective use of the land in line with the changing times.
The plan follows the specifications of previous Izumi Park Town, including the installation of planting strips at road boundaries, the construction of retaining walls made of mortar blocks, and the installation of carports, and takes into consideration continuity and integration with existing residential areas.
On the other hand, improvements have been made to reflect the times, such as the adoption of semi-flat sidewalks and slit-type gutters to eliminate the difference in level between residential land and the road, adding variety to the residential land stock.
