Murasakiyama 1-chome redevelopment plan

This project involves construction work to develop land for single-family homes in the fifth residential district (Murasakiyama) of Izumi Park Town. The planned site was initially developed as a housing complex in 1999, but was redeveloped into a single-family home site in order to make effective use of the land in line with changing times.
The plan follows Izumi Park Town 's previous specifications, such as the installation of planting strips at road boundaries, construction of retaining walls made of mortar blocks, and construction of carports, and takes into consideration continuity and integration with the existing residential area.
On the other hand, improvements have been made in line with the times, such as the adoption of semi-flat sidewalks and slit-type gutters that eliminate the difference in level between residential land and the road, adding variety to the residential land stock.
