This commercial facility is located close to Narita Airport, within an hour from Tokyo. Taking into consideration the location's characteristics, the design theme is American Art Deco, and Landscape is integrated with the architectural design.
Landscape 's design theme is "expanding, transmitting, and connecting" from Narita Airport, Japan's main gateway, and the commercial facility that will serve as the new hub of Boso, and this image is expressed in the paving patterns around the entrance and circular benches.In addition, to allow visitors to spend their time relaxing within the facility, resting spaces such as flower beds, benches, and fountains have been provided within the streets, and a playground has also been provided as a place for families to interact.
