A distinctive apartment building with a staircase set back from the 3rd floor to the 9th floor, the top floor.
The planned site is located along the Kanda River, which is full of lush greenery in all four seasons, and is an area where people of various ages gather and live in a townscape with detached houses and alleys compared to the area in front of Nakano Station, which is becoming more high-rise, and many cultural and educational facilities.
In order to achieve harmony with the cityscape, the concept of "Landscape Residence," which perceives the building itself as one of the Landscape, was designed to be a landmark that exudes a soft presence while gently connecting as one of the local landscapes.
