Harumi Front
This large-scale complex of tenant offices and stores was planned within a private land readjustment project as a pioneering project for urban development in the Harumi 2-chome area.
Using the district planning methodology that stipulates redevelopment promotion districts, we are proactively developing public open spaces, green spaces, etc. The site is roughly regular in shape, measuring approximately 80 x 90m, with sidewalk-like open spaces and through-passageways arranged around it, and green spaces developed on all four sides.
The exterior is composed of a series of vertical ribs that serve various functions, such as reducing the environmental impact, improving the office living environment, and preventing interference with the neighborhood. By carefully determining their shape and pitch, we have achieved a simple, yet delicate and distinctive design.

Landscape
We hope that the entire project site will become a beloved symbol of the city, and have developed Landscape surrounded by a variety of greenery.
At the northeast corner, which marks the entrance to the block, a Japanese holly tree with a crown covered in white flowers has been placed as the symbol tree, evoking the image of Harumi's summer sea.
A large-scale green wall was installed along the through-passageway on the east side of the site, and a neat evergreen facade was planned on the north side facing Mitsume-dori Street. In addition, transplanted trees have been used to create a green mass and rest spot at the intersection of the through-passageway entrance and Mitsume-dori Street. The weeping cherry tree placed directly in front of the hall as you enter from the office entrance will act as an eye-catcher and is expected to become a symbol of the town.
By placing greenery in various spaces, including the rooftop and walls, we have made the equivalent of 35% of the site area green.
