A reconstruction plan to turn a building previously owned by a business operator into a tenant building.
In order to increase asset value and ensure profitability, we secured the leasable floor area by increasing the floor area ratio in accordance with the district plan and by adopting a compact core plan. facade uses a Japanese paper motif to represent the image of the company, which handles paper. In terms of the environment, we have introduced the latest technology such as LED lighting and a desiccant heat pump outdoor air processing unit, reducing CO2 emissions by approximately 32%.
