KPP Yaesu Building
KPP Yaesu Building
A reconstruction plan to turn a building previously owned by a business into a tenant building.
In response to the need to increase asset value and ensure profitability, we secured leasable space through an increased floor area ratio in accordance with the district plan and a compact core plan. facade design uses a washi paper motif to represent the image of the business, which deals with paper. In terms of the environment, we have also introduced the latest technologies such as LED lighting and a desiccant heat pump outdoor air processing unit, reducing CO2 emissions by approximately 32%.
