Toyosu IHI Building

For a large-scale new head office building project, we provided project management (PJM) support services, utilizing the comprehensive capabilities of Mitsubishi Estate Group.
In addition to facility management and commercial leasing, we were responsible for comprehensive technical support for cost management, schedule management, and quality control at each stage of the CM business.
