Toyosu IHI Building

For a large-scale new headquarters building project, we provided project management (PJM) support utilizing the comprehensive capabilities of Mitsubishi Estate Group.
In addition to facility management and commercial leasing, I was also responsible for comprehensive technical support for cost management, schedule management, and quality control at each stage of the project as part of my CM duties.
