Kyobo Life Insurance Building

This project involved the renovation of a large-scale complex building ordered by a major Korean life insurance company. We were awarded the contract for building surveys, concept design, schematic design, design supervision, and technical consulting.
For a renovation project that "keeps the building in use," which has little experience in Korea, we created concept design and schematic design that took into consideration the construction process and execution schedule, and supervised design development by a Korean design firm.
At the same time, we also provided advice to building owners and managers regarding building use planning, leasing strategies, tenant relations, and facility management, based on Mitsubishi Estate Group 's experience and track record.
