In a design and construction package, we carried out a full menu of CM work, including the selection of the design and construction company.
We selected a design and construction contractor (bridging method) based on concept design (including exterior and interior design proposals) prepared by our company, and managed the master schedule, construction project budget, design terms, and construction quality in line with the client's business plan.
