Harumi 2-chome District Land Readjustment Project (design development)
Harumi 2-chome District Land Readjustment Project (design development)
This project will introduce a land readjustment project implemented by the association to 13.2 hectares of unused land that will be turned into land within a seawall, which will be constructed as part of an approved urban regeneration project. The project will eliminate vulnerable public facilities and complicated site relationships, turning the land into one with high development potential.
We put together the overall design for infrastructure development, including roads, parks, and utility cable tunnels, and made proposals regarding the ideal form of urban development, such as the relationship between buildings and streets to achieve a high-quality roadside landscape.
In particular, in infrastructure development design, we are taking into consideration the special circumstances of development in waterfront areas, such as working on a special storm water drainage system in which the drainage method changes in conjunction with the tide level of the Harumi Canal.
